Individual - $70, plus $15 per event (additional cost for boards)
Demonstration/Self Defense Team - $90 per team, plus $15 for each team member

REFUND POLICY: There will be NO REFUNDS unless an event/division is canceled or a participant is found to be ineligible because of a failure to meet residency or age requirements. In order to protect the health and safety of all participants, North Carolina Amateur Sports may determine that the event needs to be terminated at any point during the event with no refund. There will be no refunds for bad weather situations, force majeure events, acts of God

DEMO TEAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Coach Registration (Team Fee & Roster) The head coach must register the team and submit the complete team roster during the registration process. This initial step covers the overall team entry fee.
• Individual Athlete Registration (Fee & Mandatory Waiver) Every team member must complete their own individual registration to pay their individual registration fee, sign the electronic event waiver, and secure their eligibility to participate. Any competitor who has not completed this individual registration and consented to the waiver online will not be allowed to compete.

  • For Multi-Event Athletes: If you are already competing in other events (such as Poomsae or Breaking), simply add "Demo Team" from the list of activities during checkout.

  • For Demo-Only Athletes: If Demo Team is the only activity the athlete is participating in, they must still complete the individual registration process and pay the individual fee to sign the mandatory waiver.

Note - Competition Rules may be amended due to the new 2026 WT and USA Taekwondo updated rules. Any and all changes will be made in the Competition Handbook and highlighted in yellow.
